Join our team and share your CV at [email protected] Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade & Brand Manager to join our FMCG team. This role is responsible for executing sales and trade surveys to uncover market insights, implementing marketing strategies that enhance product performance, and driving growth in alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will manage and execute trade marketing plans, oversee brand development, and collaborate closely with external marketing and execution agencies to strengthen brand presence and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales and trade surveys to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and product development goals. Drive brand visibility and support product positioning across all trade channels. Manage trade marketing activities and consumer promotions to boost sell-out. Collaborate with sales, category, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and execution agencies. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize brand performance. Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance data. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or Associate Brand Manager in the FMCG sector. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement impactful trade and brand strategies. Strong knowledge of marketing mix, consumer behavior, and market research. Experience in identifying target audiences and building effective promotional campaigns. Fluent in both Arabic and English. Strong analytical skills with a creative and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in trade and brand marketing. Job opportunity...
