Seeking a highly experienced professional in capacity building, organizational change, and networking to work across multiple governorates in Iraq for a 9-month project.
Job Announcement:- 1. Position: Specialist on Networking and capacity building 2. Location: Iraq, with frequent travel to the governorates of Anbar, Basra, Duhok, Erbil, Missan, Ninewa, Salah al-Din, Sulaymaniyah and Thi-Qar 3. Period and Duration of the assignment/Services: 9 months Estimated Starting Date: 15 March 2022 •Academic Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, teaching/training or similar. •Years of Experience: • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in either one of the following: capacity building, organisational change/organisational development or knowledge management/networking, with additionally at least 2 years in each of the other disciplines. • At least 5 years experience in field work in Iraq. • Experience in working with governmental entities and CSOs. -Other Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft excel, word. • Willingness and ability to frequently travel throughout the 9 projects governorates. -Language requirements: • Proficiency in English and Arabic language. *How to Apply: 1.
