Seeking an experienced salon manager to oversee operations, manage staff, monitor supplies, and handle client relations at a salon in Erbil.
We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager for our Paris View Salon in Shoresh Street, Erbil. You will be responsible for overseeing all salon operations to maximize salon profitability. What are the key skills required for this job? • Proven experience managing a salon • Ability to stay up to date with current trends • Ability to motivate staff to achieve salon goals • Exceptional customer service skills • Should demonstrate strong management and leadership skills • Well-organized and pays attention to details Salon Manager Responsibilities • Preparing work schedules for salon staff. • Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing overall guidance. • Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed. • Creating and distributing promotional material to attract new clients. • Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviours. • Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records. • Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
