Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Specialist 📍 Location: Slemani 🏢 Client: Confidential 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary A client in Slemani is seeking a Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Specialist to manage all total rewards functions. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with Iraqi tax and labor laws, and administration of employee benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Iraqi labor, tax, and social security regulations. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Support implementation of a new advanced payroll system. Provide accurate reporting and analysis using Excel. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or accounting. Strong skills in Excel (formulas, reporting). Knowledge of Iraqi labor law, tax, and social security regulations. Analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong character.
