Job Vacancy for Call Center Company: [Tip Top] Location: [Erbil] Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Call Center team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excelllent customer service to our customers over the phone, chat and email. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and providing support for our products and services. Qualifications and Skills: Languages: Sorani, Arabic and English. Night Shift. Working hours: 7.5 hours, includes 30 minutes break. One day off per week and defined, based on business need. Flexible in attending at Eid holidays. Able to learn and work under pressure.
