Supervise and mentor a team of 3 Agriculture Officers and 4 gardening staff. Develop and implement agricultural and livelihood strategies. Collaborate with local authorities, communities, and multiple departments. Monitor greenhouse schedules, market trends, and ensure technical training. Qualifications Degree in Agriculture or related fields with at least 2 years of experience. Strong management and cross-cultural communication skills. Proficiency in English, Kurdish Badini, and Arabic (written and spoken). Experience with NGOs is highly preferred.
