As a fresh graduate, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in a dynamic and rewarding field. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: Perform all tasks in a safe and risk-free manner. Monitor process instruments, indicators, gauges, and meters to ensure proper functioning. Report any malfunctions promptly. 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment. Report malfunctioning equipment to supervisors for timely repairs. Notify others of equipment repair or maintenance needs. 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Plan the movement of products through lines to processing, storage, and shipping units. Utilize knowledge of system interconnections and capacities. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: Cover outside tasks for all distillation units, including WWT, CDUs, and Pre-flash in the Distillation Unit. Signal other workers by radio to operate pumps, open/close valves, and check temperatures. Start pumps, open valves, or use automated equipment to regulate the flow of oil in pipelines. Adjust equipment controls to regulate the flow of refinery products, housekeeping, or other liquids. 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥: Operate control panels to coordinate and regulate process variables such as temperature and pressure. Direct product flow rate according to process schedules. Control or operate manifold and pumping systems to circulate liquids through a petroleum refinery. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Verify incoming and outgoing products are moving through correct meters. Ensure meters are working properly. Read and analyze specifications, schedules, logs, test results, and laboratory recommendations. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Record and compile operating and production data, instrument readings, documentation, and laboratory results. Familiarize yourself with unit technology descriptions and handle technical assets. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Maintain a clean workplace and clean it as needed or ordered. Follow orders from line managers, supervisors, or directors.
