Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our dedicated sales team. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products to healthcare professionals, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company's market presence. Responsibilities: Promote and detail our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions. Develop and execute effective territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community. Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals. Deliver compelling presentations to educate healthcare professionals about the benefits of our products. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales and promotional strategies. Attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and expand professional networks. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales. Previous experience in dermo cosmetics preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and pharmaceutical products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
