Responsible for establishing and maintaining quality and food safety standards, including audits and staff training, with experience in slaughterhouse or poultry industries preferred.
Quality Manager (Quality and Food Safety Manager) The selected candidate will be responsible for: Establishing and implementing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) Ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards Leading internal audits, inspections, and CAPA processes Developing, applying, and maintaining HACCP plans and food safety procedures Monitoring hygiene, sanitation, documentation systems, and production flow Preparing analytical quality reports with corrective recommendations Training production staff on hygiene rules, food safety, and quality procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory) OR Food Engineering / Biotechnology Engineering / Industrial Engineering Professional certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP (Highly Preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in food industry quality management (Mandatory) Previous experience in slaughterhouse/meat processing or poultry industry (Highly Preferred) proven experience in implementing and maintaining Food Safety Systems Required Competencies Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems Advanced understanding of ISO & HACCP implementation Ability to work under pressure in inspection-based environments Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills Ability to manage inspection teams and enforce compliance Languages Required Kurdish – Mandatory Arabic – Mandatory English – Mandatory Turkish – Preferred 📞 Apply Now: 07509785157 📧 Send CV to: [email protected]
