Responsible for market research, client coordination, sales offers, invoices, and supporting sales team at Almas Group Logistics.
Urgent Hiring Company: Almas Group Logistics Location: Erbil-Iraq Position: Operational Sales Coordinator Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Job responsibilities: 1-Conducting market researches. 2-Responsible for arranging meeting alongside the sales manager. 3-Responsible for tracking and updating clients in coordination with the sales. 4-Responsible for making and preparing sales offers. 5-Preparing and making invoices. 6-Arranging telex release and following the release status or with coordination of oversea team. 7-Responsible for sending BL instruction and confirming documents in coordination with the main sales. 8-Preparing and arranging the (To Do List) and sales report. 9-Following up with sales emails and operational sales emails. 10-Responsible for files archives and filing for each client and shipment. 11-Following up with drivers and shipment status. 12-Helping other team members whenever necessary. 13-Sending details of all new shipments to Umm Qasr team and accounting team. 14-Responsible of assisting sales in cash collection. Requirements: 1-At least bachelor degree preferably in business administration or logistics. 2-At least 3 years experiences in logistics and transportation. 3-Able to speak Kurdish, English and Arabic is a plus. 4-Excellent communications and negotiation skills. 5-Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines at once. -please send your resume to [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
