Work Opportunity in Duhok – Field Security Superintendent Company Sector: Oil & Gas Location: Field Base (Rotational – 29 days ON / 27 days OFF) Deadline: 21 August 2025 Job Code: emp342 A leading company in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Field Security Superintendent to oversee and ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure across its field operations in Duhok. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure effective security across field locations, including remote drilling sites and the main oil pipeline. • Develop incident response and emergency evacuation plans. • Oversee security operations, including access control, CCTV, IVMS, and journey management. • Liaise with security providers and manage daily security logistics. • Advise on local security conditions and risks. • Support in budgeting and cost optimization of field security. • Lead, train, and evaluate national security staff. Requirements: • 15+ years in military/police/security services. • 5+ years in Oil & Gas field security, 3+ years in supervisory roles. • Strong communication skills in English. • Proven leadership in high-risk environments. • Experience with journey management and emergency response. • Valid driver’s license required.
