Seeking a Scrum Master with a bachelor's degree in computer science, minimum three years' experience, proficient in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Responsible for managing sprint planning, coaching teams, and ensuring project delivery quality.
Digital Product Coordinator (Agile Scrum Master) Job Responsibilities: • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. • Coach team members in Agile frameworks. • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. • Help teams implement changes effectively. • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it. • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. • Tracking project processes, deliverables. • Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the company. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. • Minimum three years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role. • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. • Leadership and management experience. • Excellent people and project management skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt to a changing environment. • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
