Position title: Reception Manager Recruitment: Rec 05/24 Deadline 15/05/2024 WORK LOCATION: Swedish Hospital in Erbil DURATION: minimum 1 year. INTRODUCTION: We need to recruit experienced and service minded Manager to our reception that have strong leadership and service sale skills with a minimum of two years documented experience in managing a reception also to have fluent lingual skills in English Arabic and Kurdish. Position Duties: The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Managing the staff of reception and call center (time plans, shifts to be a good couch and mentor • Deal with all issues related to patients bookings, questions and eventual claims Minimum Qualification Required: Education: minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university (medical, social sciences or other related sciences) Experience: • At least two year of documented experience in management position, reception preferred • Experience of sales management, marketing and service in general. Communication Skills: • Languages: very good English, Kurdish and Arabic are a must. • General computer and data entry knowledge.
