Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing product information, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: ▪️Product Promotion: Actively promote our dairy product range at events, in-store promotions, and community gatherings. ▪️Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, answering questions and addressing any concerns to enhance their experience. ▪️Sales Support: Encourage product trials and highlight promotional offers to drive sales. ▪️Market Research: Gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development. ▪️Brand Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold a positive brand image. ▪️Reporting: Track and report promotional activities and sales performance, sharing insights with the marketing team. ▪️Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns. Qualifications: ▫️Bachelor or High school diploma; further education in marketing or business is a plus. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred. ▫️Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ▫️Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ▫️Passion for dairy products and knowledge of the industry is an advantage. ▫️Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. ▫️Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic.
