Hiring hotel and reservation employees in Erbil for booking and customer support duties. Experience preferred.
We are hiring for the below positions Location: Bosphorus Line Company - Erbil Bosphorus Line Company is operating in the Travel and Tourism environment. It is one of the leading travel and tourism companies in the region. 1- Job Title: Hotel Department Employee Job Description: Responsible for booking hotels, following up on hotel reservation issues online and directly with hotels, and updating hotel systems in a dynamic way. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism Department, English Language, Business Administration, or related departments. - Knowledge of English and Arabic. - Good knowledge of using computers, the internet, Microsoft Office, emailing, and related works. - It is a plus if you have experience. --------------------------------------------- 2- Job Title: Reservation Department Employee Job Description: Responsible for booking flight tickets, following up on ticket reservation issues online and directly with airlines and clients, and updating clients regarding any change related to the tickets. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism Department, English Language, Business Administration, or related departments. - Knowledge of English and Arabic. - Good knowledge of using computers, the internet, Microsoft Office, emailing, and related works. - It is a plus if you have experience. ---------------------------------------------- Apply through ([email protected]) email address.
