We are looking for an experienced and professional Accountant for DSH Holding. You will be responsible for helping the finance department with financial audits, reconciling account statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate. What are the key skills required for this job? • Proven experience as an Accountant • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Omega and QuickBooks. • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables • Experience with general ledger functions • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills • Ethical behavior • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Accountant Responsibilities • Managing accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. • Reconciling the company’s financial statements, accounts payable, receivable and general ledgers. • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations. • Performing audits on all financial transactions and documents for accuracy and ensuring that accounting records are up to date and discrepancies are resolved. • Reviewing invoices & purchase orders before they are processed to ensure that they comply with company policies. • Examining company expenses and reports • Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data. • Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity, and cash flow. • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information. Interested applicants can send their CV to [email protected] Job Announcement: Mechanical Engineer Location: Sulaymanih/Arbat (Oil Terminal) Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all rotating and fixed mechanical equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, and control systems. • Conduct inspections, repair, and maintenance on pumps (centrifugal and positive displacement), compressors, and diesel engines. • Perform inspections, repair, and maintenance on valves, pipes, pipeline structures, firefighting equipment, gauges, sensors, transmitters, and pneumatic instruments. • Manage and facilitate outsourced projects and third-party inspections on terminal equipment. • Participate in internal and external surveys and audit preparations. • Conduct routine training courses for technicians and operators on correct equipment operations. • Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) for welding and piping modifications. • Perform mechanical inspections for welding and fabrication project supervision. • Arrange and conduct calibration of control equipment. • Work in shifts to ensure correct functionality, operability, troubleshooting, and repair of terminal equipment. • Be available outside normal working hours for unscheduled repair and maintenance works. • Conduct safety reviews of work scenes before requesting permits to work. • Ensure proper lock-out and tag-out procedures are followed for all mechanical equipment and pipeline sections. • Review equipment manuals and applicable standards to develop comprehensive planned maintenance schedules and conduct condition monitoring. • Provide detailed work orders for technicians with safety considerations. • Generate reports and root cause analysis of equipment failures, including repair and maintenance details. • Report key performance indicators regularly and analyze reports to identify improvement areas. • Maintain a detailed repair, maintenance, alteration, and renewal history for each individual piece of equipment.
