Petoil is looking for Contracts & Procurement Engineer. Required qualifications/backgrounds: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. - Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems. - Minimum of 3 years previous experience as C&P Engineer or related position. - Ability to negotiate, establish and administer contracts. - Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office programs utilization skills and archiving. - Candidates must be Kurdish nationals.
