He/she must be a great business leader as well as a great marketing leader, as they are responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets and are often charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services. Responsibilities and Duties: • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or the brands. • Implement marketing strategies. • Promote the business and its services. • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, and customer support. • Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns. • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Requirements: • Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. • At least two years of experience as a Marketing Manager. • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software. • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
