Looking for a finance and contracts officer to manage contractual, financial, and administrative components of contracts. Experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Job Title : Contracts officer Company Name: Black Wolf For Security and Personal Protection Employment Type : Full Time Employee Monthly Salary Range :Unspecified Number of Vacancies : 1 Work Location: Hawler-Kurdistan Who May Apply: Internal and External Candidates Travel Required: Yes We are seeking a qualified Finance and Contracts officer . This individual will be responsible for assisting the administration of all components (financial, contractual and administrative) of one or several contracts, or managing the complete financial or the complete contract management of complex contracts. He or she will liaise with client’s management level, including technical management. This position is involved in division’s new business proposals or has other responsibilities outside the managed contract. Key Responsibilities: -Assist in Developing and managing financial monitoring and reporting systems, track division budgets and financial indicators, including billability, accounts receivable and accounts payable; comply to all contract reporting requirements; review all projects’ expenditure; control cash flow; develop and monitor fields’ financial systems; develop the division / portfolio’s operating plan. Work with management and business development to develop cost proposals for extension of contracts. Assist Contracts Manger to conduct risk analysis; advises management of improvements or implements improvements in existing contracts; review non pricing risk factors, such as conflict of interest, and develop and implement solutions. Follow up with client’s project management and provide and present clients with regular progress reports on request. Maintain project information on various systems including contracts database facility (CDF), monitor expenditure and revenue contractual information, and maintain invoicing schedules for income due. Assist the finance and contracts manager to ensure financial procedures and regulations are followed and assist with ensure compliance across the directorate Qualifications: —Officer should possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in finance roles is a must. Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in financial software and tools Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. High level of proficiency in English language is a must.
