Seeking a Branch Supervisor with 2 years experience, leadership, and communication skills for a company in Iraq.
Job: Branch Supervisor Key Responsibilities: • Create an inspiring work environment based on a culture of open communication and mutual respect. • Set clear goals for the team and follow up on their achievement. • Delegate tasks and set timelines for completion. • Oversee the branch's daily operations and ensure efficiency. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: • Monitor team performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). • Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding branch performance and commercial outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch management or team supervision. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
