🚧 We’re Hiring: Lifting Supervisor 📍 Location: Anbar – Akkaz Oilfield We are currently seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team for a key project in Akkaz Oilfield. This role requires strong technical expertise in lifting operations, safety compliance, and team coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: * Ensure all lifting activities are conducted in accordance with approved lifting plans and safe systems of work * Supervise riggers, crane operators, and all personnel involved in lifting operations * Verify crane operators’ competency and ensure working hours comply with operating criteria * Check ground conditions to ensure safety for lifting operations * Ensure Safe Working Load (SWL) is never exceeded * Monitor weather conditions and ensure cranes operate within safe limits * Conduct and verify risk assessments, considering environmental and site factors * Ensure all lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and properly marked * Confirm effective communication methods during lifting operations * Ensure all personnel are briefed on risks, procedures, and emergency plans * Verify crane capacity for required loads and operating radius * Ensure availability of rescue plans and competent personnel at all times 🎓 Candidate Requirements: * Rigger Training is mandatory * LEEA Certification (or equivalent) is preferred 💼 Experience & Skills: * 10–15 years of experience in lifting operations * Previous roles as Lifting Foreman or Crane Operator (Mobile/Tower) * Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) *Ability to work in a multicultural environment ⚠️ Note: This position is open to Iraqi nationals only. 🔗 Apply here: https://secure.recruitly.io/public/job/25309/480/Lifting%20Supervisor
