Seeking experienced Quantity Surveyor with at least 8 years in oil and gas projects, proficient in cost management, BOQ, and project finance analysis.
Hiring : Site Quantity Surveyor (Iraq 2+1 years) Professional Experience •Minimum 8 years in quantity surveying roles in Oil and Gas projects. Experience in similar position •At least 5 years managing quantity surveying activities in large-scale infrastructure or pipeline projects. Technical Skills •Strong knowledge of quantity surveying techniques and cost management tools. •Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of works to support efficient project execution. •Contribute to maintaining financial oversight by monitoring costs and identifying potential savings. •Provide timely and accurate cost reports and forecasts to facilitate decision-making by stakeholders. •Address and resolve contractual and cost-related issues to minimize project disruptions. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing BOQs, cost estimates, and payment records. •Familiarity with contractual terms and conditions related to construction projects.
