Manage migration client requests, build client relations, stay updated with policies, and oversee international travel for migration services.
Job Title: Immigration Services Manager Company: a migration company in Slemani Main Responsibilities: Client Request Management: Handle client requests related to migration services, overseeing and supervising the entire process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and addressing inquiries throughout the migration process. Client Relationship Enhancement: Build and strengthen relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. Proactively address client concerns, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the migration process. Policy and Regulation Update: Stay abreast of new policies, regulations, and legal developments pertaining to migration in the targeted countries. Ensure that the immigration services division is well-informed and compliant with the latest changes, providing timely updates to the team and clients. International Travel and Operations: Travel to targeted countries as required to facilitate and oversee key aspects of migration processes. Manage on-site operations, including coordination with local authorities, partners, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of migration services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (law, business, international relations, etc.). Proven and substantial experience in immigration services or related fields, with a strong understanding of migration processes and regulations in countries like Greece, Turkey, and Dubai. Prior experience working in a similar role within the migration or real estate industry is essential.
