هەلی کار لە سلێمانی Job Vacancy – Sulaymaniyah Company: Dynato Service-Trading Company Position: Service Advisor (Female) Location: Sulaymaniyah – Industrial Area Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week (Sat–Thu, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Responsibilities: • Identify customer needs and prepare repair orders • Provide cost estimates and update customers on service progress • Prepare invoices using Autoline system • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally • Promote service and parts department services • Maintain and update customer records Requirements: • Associate degree in Mechanics or related field • Automotive field experience preferred • Good Kurdish and English (Arabic is a plus) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet) • Organized and able to work under pressure How to Apply: Send your CV via WhatsApp to 07731515797 and mention Service Advisor in the subject.
