The company was established to unify different companies' efforts and harness their combined strength to achieve growth and expansion. MEM Group comprises three main projects: MEM is seeking to employ, a qualified candidate for the following position: ICT Specialist Location: Baghdad, AL- Mansour Deadline for application: 30th July 2023 Monthly Salary: 1,000,000 IQD Job Summary: The IT/ICT Specialist is responsible for overseeing the organization's network and software infrastructure. The role involves managing all devices and systems related to information technology, monitoring network infrastructure, resolving various system issues, and ensuring the implementation of data protection systems that guarantee secure and consistent operations. Qualifications: • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Years of Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in the IT/ICT field. • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, for data analysis and reporting. • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic languages to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. • Adaptability: Openness to change and diversity, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and work environments. • Team Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration among team members. • Quality and Results Orientation: A focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving desired outcomes. • Time and Pressure Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities: • Supervise the network infrastructure and available systems. • Manage teams of technicians, system engineers, and other IT staff. • Monitor computer issues and provide appropriate solutions. • Maintain employee and customer data and keep records organized. • Analyze call logs to identify common problems. • Update self-help guides for customers/employees to attempt problem-solving independently. • Test and repair technical equipment and devices. • Maintain and improve local enterprise networks and associated servers. • Supervise data backup operations and system security. • Manage installation, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software used. • Evaluate system performance and recommend necessary improvements. • Provide solutions and recommendations to prevent hardware and data system problems. • Ensure data processing or transfer adheres to legal guidelines and organizational policies. • Control costs and budgets related to IT devices and systems. • Manage contracts with suppliers such as development platforms, communication companies, software licenses, and systems.
