Hiring a teacher assistant responsible for typing lectures, managing exams, student registration, and online interactions, with a Bachelor's degree required.
We Are Hiring! #Teacher_Assistant Ta3leem is looking to hire a talented teacher assistant to join our super team. Job Duties: · Typing the teachers’ lectures. · Implementing the final product with quizzes and exams and the activities to the platform. · Managing student’s registration and technical issues. · Schedule and maintain regular office hours to answer questions and inquiries requested by students on the platform. · Follow up with students regarding the procedures for completing and submitting course work and engage them with the platform. · Collect questions and inquiries and deliver them to the teachers; and send the teachers feedback to the students through the platform and other channel. · Work with other TAs as a group of creativity to initiate new activities for students in different subjects. · Lead online discussion sections (adding new topic to discussions weekly, collect and organize students’questions about both the course subject and the technical problems). · Attend live tutorial sessions. · Develop answer keys, supplementary notes. · Adding new questions and their answers to a pool (Frequently Asked Questions). · Notify instructors of errors or problems with assignments. · Attend video shooting sessions to follow up the storyboard scripts with the teachers. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, Physics, Arabic, English, Biology, Chemistry, or any other field. · 1-2 years of education experience dealing with teachers, students, instructors and education lessons. · Good English and communication skills. · Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, project, etc.).
