al Media Supervisor & Page Admin - Aesthetic / Medical Equipment company Reports to: CEO Location: Erbil Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: • Saturday to Thursday • 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and implement a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) aligned with marketing and sales goals. 2.Supervise daily content planning, creation, posting, and community management. 3.Oversee creative direction for social media assets — including imagery, videos, reels, and infographics — ensuring alignment with brand voice and medical compliance standards. 4.Content & Campaign Management 5.Manage content calendars, ensuring a balanced mix of promotional, educational, and engaging content. 6.Lead digital campaigns around product launches, events, training sessions, and clinical milestones. 7.Track and analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, conversion metrics, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports. 8.Recommend strategies for continuous improvement based on analytics and audience insights. 9.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain a strong digital presence. 10.Ensure all content adheres to medical device advertising regulations and brand compliance guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Veterinary or any related field. 1 year of experience in social media marketing Experience in aesthetic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or skincare industries is highly preferred.
