Manage store operations, staff scheduling, inventory, sales targets, and enforce policies to ensure store performance.
#مطلوب_مدير_مخزن MINISO Iraq is looking to hire a senior store supervisor officer to join our team in Baghdad - Al Karkh. Position Description Job Title: Senior Store supervisor officer Classification: Full-Time employee Department: Operation Location; Baghdad -Iraq Pay Grade: Grade 5 - Level 1 Job Requirements Summary of position The senior store supervisor officer is responsible for managing the store including People management, display, sale, customer service, inventory, and accounting. Job Duties - Preparing the monthly attendance of the store employees. - Preparing the store employees’ daily working schedule. - Providing a positive and suitable working environment in the store. - Deliver employee requests to the main office. - Deliver the last policy updates to the store employees. - Control employees’ overtime and prepare the overtime sheet and send it to the operation Dept. - Control employees’ annual leave and prepare the leave request form and send it to the operation Dept. - Make training for the new employees and orient them for success. - Prepare the probation period evaluation form and sent it to the HRD - Receiving the new products and making a true inventory for the arrival products - Organize the new products in the store base on the operation display map. - Prepare the monthly sales plan and try to increase the monthly sales. - Send the daily sales report to the operation department. - Motivate the store employees to achieve monthly targets. - Prepare a customer service plan and train the employees on it. - Control the customer service quality and evaluate the customer service level. - Control the store accounting including cashier and expense. - Transfer the money to the accounting Dept base on the HQ policy. Skills - Strong attention to detail in written and numeric tasks. - A very good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel). - Solid knowledge of the sales field. - Great knowledge of customer service. - Documentation skills. - Ability to make a real product inventory. Reporting Structure - Reports directly to the operating specialist. - Store employees report to this position. - Must attend yearly company annual meeting. Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Experience 2 years or more experience in the retail industry. Languages - English: Upper intermediate (Speaking, writing). - Arabic: Native (Speaking, writing). Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Working ability with tight deadlines. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to problem solve, and good decision-making skills. - Strong ethical standards. - Communication and negotiation skills. - Multitasking skills. Environment - High-volume moving at the store. - Stay at the store for most of the day. - Attend Online meetings.
