Join Our Team at AMC - We're #hiring a Team Leader! Employment Type Full-time JOB SUMMARY Overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Ordering materials, supplies, and ingredients as needed. • Supervising kitchen employees and managing food orders. • Overseeing the food preparation and cooking process. • Training kitchen staff for specific stations. • Monitoring inventory levels and conducting weekly assessments. • Scheduling work shifts for employees. • Ensuring proper storage of food products in line with health and safety regulations. • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. • Keeping track of weekly and monthly cost reports. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in restaurant management (preferred). • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written. • Thorough understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
