ZERO.G for Human Resources Development announces an open position for a Key Account Manager on behalf of a well-known FMCG company, to join its dynamic Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, driving sales performance, and building long-term strategic partnerships that support sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: •Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business success. •Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. •Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions, contracts, and trade terms. •Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends; prepare regular performance reports for management. •Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure effective execution of plans. •Monitor product availability, in-store visibility, and promotional activities at key customer locations. •Track competitor activities and market dynamics, providing insights and actionable recommendations. •Ensure full compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and ethical standards. Qualifications & Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. •3–5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or sales within an FMCG environment. •Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. •High analytical ability with strong strategic planning skills. •Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. •Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
