We're Hiring: Head of Digital Marketing Join us (Palm of Babylon ) Palm of Babylon is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts, build innovative strategies, and drive measurable growth across all online channels. 💼 Job Description: As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy. You’ll oversee a dynamic team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and maximize ROI. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels. Manage and mentor the digital marketing team. Analyze performance metrics and generate data-driven reports. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment. 🎯 Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.). Proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns and teams. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication in English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
