The role includes reviewing tender documents, preparing bid submissions, maintaining contract records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Prepare and coordinate tender submissions and documentation. • Review tender requirements and work with technical/finance/procurement teams. • Draft, review, and manage contracts, POs, and service agreements. • Maintain tender and contract registers and track deadlines. • Ensure compliance, identify risks, and support negotiations. • Prepare reports on tenders, awarded projects, and contract status. ⸻ Required Qualifications ( • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 6 years experience in tendering/contract admin (preferably in construction/engineering). • Strong knowledge of tendering, contract management, and procurement standards (FIDIC preferred). • Excellent English communication; Kurdish/Arabic are advantages. • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems. ⸻ 📩 To Apply Send your updated CV to: 📧 [email protected] Subject: Senior Tender and Contract Officer ⚠️ Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
