KRD Holding company looking: Legal Counsel – International Location: Erbil, Iraq Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and international contracts - Support joint ventures, partnerships, and investment structures - Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments - Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance across subsidiaries and SPVs - Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities - Provide legal opinions and advisory reports to senior management Requirements: - LLB, Juris Doctor, or equivalent legal qualification - 3–5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law with international exposure -Strong contract drafting and legal analysis skills - Knowledge of corporate governance and cross-border transactions Send your CV to: [email protected]
