Hiring a Finance Manager in Basra with extensive experience and leadership skills; fluent in English.
#البصرة Position Title: Finance Manager Reports to: CFO Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - MBA certification preferred CMA is a plus. - At least 7 or 10 years of experience in finance or a related field. - Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. - Familiarity with financial software. - Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. - Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team. - Bachelor degree in accounting or similar relevant fields. - Fluent in English. Job Duties: - Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. - Analyze financial data and prepare reports, identifying trends and variances in financial performance. - Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. - Forecast financial trends and provide financial projections for future business plans. - Manage financial risks, including identifying and mitigating financial risks. - Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and analysis. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial principles and regulations. - Stay up-to-date with changes in financial principles and regulations. - Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. - Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing finance team. - Perform other duties as assigned - Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. - Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. - Managing the external audit. - Responsible for tax planning and companies yearly income tax filling. - Analyze the variances between budget & actual. - Review and validate the cash payment.
