Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist Company: Al Zaeem Express Delivery Company Location: Baghdad Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong online presence through strategic planning, high-quality content creation, and active audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), ensuring consistent branding and messaging. 2. Monthly Content Planning: Develop and execute a structured monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives. 3. Content Strategy & Creation: Generate creative ideas for posts, stories, and short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging content. 4. Copywriting: Write compelling captions and headlines tailored to each platform to maximize engagement. 5. Growth & Engagement: Manage audience interactions, respond to comments/messages, and implement strategies to grow followers organically. 6. Paid Advertising (SMM): Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to increase reach, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. 7. Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, ROI), and optimize strategies based on insights. 8. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in social media. Required Qualifications: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. 2. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to prepare content in advance. 3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms. 4. Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.). 5. Creative thinking with strong attention to visual and content quality. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media. Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
