📢 We’re Hiring: Retail Operations Officer 📍 Erbil | Full-Time Sadaf Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Officer to join our Sales & Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting and improving performance across our retail showroom network, working closely with branch teams and management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Monitor and support daily operations across all showroom branches. • Identify operational challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Collect, analyze, and report sales and operational data to support management decisions. • Act as a coordination link between sales teams and other departments. • Support the development, performance, and efficiency of branch sales teams. • Ensure consistent application of company policies and operational standards across all showrooms. ✅ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in sales or retail operations • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Iraq 📩 To apply, please send your CV to: [email protected] 📝 Subject line: Retail Operations Officer #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
