Job Announcement: Condition Monitoring Engineer Department: Maintenance Location: Sulaymanih Local-Kurdish Responsibilities: • Conduct routine inspections and specific inspections of all plant equipment, both during stoppage and while in operation. • Regularly monitor the condition and running parameters of equipment using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Maximo. • Collaborate closely with the production team to gather feedback on equipment conditions, availability for maintenance inspection, and production constraints. • Coordinate with the maintenance execution team, maintenance supervisors, and planning team to ensure proper equipment status and effective planning/scheduling. • Update completed inspection tasks and re-check plant conditions after repairs. • Analyze records, troubleshoot equipment defects and malfunctions, and provide procedural recommendations to the line manager. • Prepare root cause analysis (RCA) for critical equipment breakdowns. • Diagnose the root cause of issues and specify effective repair methods for plant equipment. • Maintain detailed documentation of projects, technical works, and maintenance records for meaningful analysis and reporting. • Prevent equipment failures using available data and information, recommending shutdown time to prevent breakdowns in critical equipment. • Develop short, medium, and long-term action plans and maintenance strategies for equipment. • Prepare comprehensive outage planning reports. Education: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical/Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Energy/Power Plant industry. • Preferred certifications such as Level 1 and 2 of vibration analysis certified by a reputable company. • Knowledge of thermal imaging of mechanical and electrical systems and components. • Familiarity with lube oil analysis techniques.
