A company in Sulaymaniyah is hiring a Firefighter Officer to provide first aid and firefighting training, maintain fire alarm systems, and handle hazardous materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, at least 2 years of related experience, and IOSH certification.
Position: Firefighter Officer Location: Sulaymaniyah Department: EHS Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering • Minimum 2 years of related experience with IOSH Certificate • Strong understanding of legal health and safety regulations and risk assessment • Knowledge of ISO 18001/45001 and ISO 14001 EHS management systems • Familiarity with high-risk activities such as Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Hot Work, and other safe systems of work Responsibilities: • Provide first aid and firefighting training to employees • Maintain fire alarm systems and manage firefighting equipment • Perform first aid, CPR, and operate self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) • Handle hazardous materials, chemical spill control, and emergency rescue procedures To apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to: [email protected]
