HR Manager - Full-Time Location: Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq Employer: Gulsher Group Gulsher Group is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to oversee and strengthen its human resources operations in Duhok. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing recruitment processes, enhancing organizational structure, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
