🚨 We’re Hiring – Procurement, Tendering & Proposal Coordinator 🚨 📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq (Preferred) 🏢 Company: Golden Well Oil Services Co. Golden Well is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement, Tendering & Proposal Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identify and monitor tender opportunities from oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, and government entities. ✅ Prepare, coordinate, and submit technical and commercial proposals. ✅ Manage RFQs, supplier quotations, bid evaluations, and procurement activities. ✅ Coordinate with engineering, operations, logistics, and finance departments during bid preparation. ✅ Maintain vendor databases and supplier relationships. ✅ Ensure compliance with tender requirements, submission deadlines, and company procedures. ✅ Prepare commercial comparisons, cost estimates, and procurement reports. ✅ Support contract negotiations and post-award activities. Requirements: ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. ✔️ Experience in Procurement, Tendering, Contracts, or Proposal Management. ✔️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ✔️ Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage). ✔️ Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial sectors is preferred. ✔️ Strong organizational and analytical skills. ✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
