Job vacancy: Job Vacancy: Analytical Instruments Procurement Officer Company: Al-Qiffaf Scientific Company Location: Baghdad, Bab Al-Muadham Experience: 1-3 Years Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM), Thursday (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Position Overview Al-Qiffaf Scientific Company is seeking a Chemical Engineer to manage international supplier relations, evaluate technical specifications, and prepare compliant proposals for public tenders and private sector customers. Core Responsibilities Supplier Allocation: Identify and vet international manufacturers to source analytical instruments. Tender Management: Analyze public sector tender criteria and create technical and commercial quotes. Technical Document Review: Evaluate manufacturer brochures and datasheets to ensure alignment with project specifications. International Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for global partners and manage pricing negotiations. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Experience: 1-3 years in procurement, technical sourcing, or public tender bidding. Languages: Arabic and proficiency in English Skills: Commercial communication, high attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
