Position: Architectural Engineer Location: Erbil Key Responsibilities • Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. • Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents. • Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations using design software. • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and client requirements. • Participate in client meetings and present design concepts. • Review materials, finishes, and specifications to ensure design quality. • Collaborate with project managers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture. • 2+ years of experience in architectural design (preferred). • Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software. • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and construction detailing.
