Customer communication, call handling, data management, and quality assurance duties for a CRM Executive in Sulaymaniyah. Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English required. Experience in telemarketing and automotive is preferred.
Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: CRM Executive Hours: 8 Hrs. (Saturday to Thursday) Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region Duties and Responsibilities Customer Communication & Call Handling • Professionally handle, respond to, and forward incoming customer calls through the Call Center, including communication in the Badini language when required. • Conduct outbound calls for customer surveys, feedback collection, complaint follow-ups, service reminders, and other customer service updates. • Ensure all customer interactions are courteous, clear, and aligned with company service standards. System Documentation & Data Management • Accurately record all incoming and outgoing call details using approved formats and/or the Autoline system, as instructed by the supervisor. • Draft and document customer messages, notes, and communications in English within the Autoline system. • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date customer records in compliance with CRM policies and procedures. Quality Assurance & CRM Process Compliance • Listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns and requests accurately, and document information without assumptions. • Complete all required documentation in accordance with CRM processes and workflow requirements. • Prepare and submit reports accurately and within established deadlines. Learning, Development & Professional Conduct • Participate actively in continuous learning initiatives focused on communication, customer service, and soft skills development. • Maintain professional, respectful, and positive communication to ensure reliable customer feedback. • Follow all instructions, communications, and guidelines issued by supervisors, management, and company leadership. • Comply with all company policies, including safety regulations, confidentiality requirements, office hours, dress code, operational procedures, and behavioral standards. Education, Requirements & Skills • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing; experience in the automotive industry is preferred. • Strong customer-handling and interpersonal communication skills. • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude. • Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and automotive features is preferred.
