Supply Chain Coordinator Company: The Italian Coffee Company Location: Erbil, Iraq Department: Logistics Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: General Manager Job Summary The Italian Coffee Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company’s supply chain and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, overseeing transportation and warehousing activities, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution. - Manage inventory, orders, and transportation logistics effectively. - Schedule, monitor, and track inbound and outbound shipments. - Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and delivery notes. - Identify and resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or lost goods. - Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products. - Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality. - Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping and transportation regulations. - Prepare logistics performance reports and recommend improvements where necessary. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management. - Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including customs and transportation requirements. - Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; Kurdish is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Bachelor’s degree in L…
