📢 JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Al-Intaj Al-Mumtaz Petrochemical Company Our company is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following positions. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in their respective fields. 1. Operations Manager • Extensive experience in managing chemical and petrochemical operations, particularly loading, unloading, transportation, and storage. • Strong technical knowledge of petrochemical products, their properties, specifications, handling procedures, inspection, and quality control. • Advanced knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, risk management, and the prevention of leaks, spills, and workplace accidents. • Proven ability to manage operations teams, supervise team leaders, allocate responsibilities, and monitor productivity and performance. • Experience in daily operational planning, inventory management, tank and equipment management, and operational efficiency improvement. • Ability to prepare operational reports, analyze problems, implement corrective actions, and coordinate effectively across different departments. 2. Loading & Unloading Team Leader • A minimum of 5 years of experience in loading and unloading chemical and petrochemical products. • Knowledge of product types, properties, hazards, and safe handling procedures. • Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and loading and unloading equipment. • Ability to assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in accordance with established procedures and safety instructions. 3. Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, recruitment, and talent acquisition. • Experience in employment contracts, employee affairs, attendance management, leave administration, and performance evaluation. • Ability to develop HR policies and procedures, organizational structures, and job descriptions.
