Key Responsibilities • Manage Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok. • Create daily stories, reels, photos, and videos. • Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries. • Appear on camera to present mall events and activities. • Cover events and marketing campaigns. • Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports. • Follow digital trends and develop engagement strategies.
