Job Opportunity | B2B Sales Specialist – Iraq MASAR | Recruitment & HR Solutions is pleased to announce a job opportunity with one of our international clients in Iraq for the position of: Sales Specialist – B2B Location: Iraq Salary: USD 1,100–1,200 per month + bonus based on the manager’s decision Reporting to: Sales Manager Nationality: Iraqi Nationality is mandatory Job Summary The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing B2B sales opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets, particularly within the construction equipment and heavy machinery sectors. Key Responsibilities * Achieve assigned sales targets through B2B sales and lead generation. * Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and business partners. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving business objectives and sales targets. * Conduct client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups. * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. * Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities. * Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on business opportunities. * Collaborate with technical and internal teams to provide appropriate product solutions. * Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. * Maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term business relationships. Requirements * Iraqi nationality is mandatory. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 4 years of relevant B2B sales experience. * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, engineering equipment, or related industries. * Experience in the Iraqi market is mandatory. * Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities. * Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills. * Ability to identify customer needs, manage multiple sales opportunities, and work independently.
