📣 Job Vacancy: Assistant Outlet Manager 📍 Location: Erbil A 5-star hotel in Erbil is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, or lounge. The successful candidate will help ensure excellent guest satisfaction, effective team supervision, and compliance with the hotel’s service and operational standards while contributing to the outlet’s profitability. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. • Supervise service staff and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service. • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly. • Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and workforce planning. • Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of resources. • Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance. • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Support promotions, events, and upselling initiatives to increase revenue. • Prepare daily operational reports and assist in monitoring outlet performance. • Take responsibility for outlet operations in the Outlet Manager’s absence. Qualifications and Requirements • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and basic budgeting. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
