📢 WE’RE HIRING | SALES OPERATIONS TEAM Taqdom Al-Iraq (TTECH) is expanding its Sales Operations Team to support the rollout, activation, and adoption of TTECH systems across client and end-user entities throughout Iraq. 📌 OPEN POSITIONS 🔹 Sales Operations Officer – Basra 🔹 Sales Operations Officer – Najaf 🔹 Sales Operations Officer – Karbala 🔹 Senior Sales Operations Officer – Baghdad (Resafa) 🔹 SALES OPERATIONS OFFICER 📍 Basra | Najaf | Karbala Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate client visits, onboarding sessions, system activation, and go-live activities • Assess client readiness and deliver user training • Follow up on system adoption and escalate issues through to resolution • Maintain accurate records and prepare daily and weekly reports Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, implementation coordination, customer onboarding, field operations, or technology projects is preferred 🔹 SENIOR SALES OPERATIONS OFFICER 📍 Baghdad – Resafa In addition to the responsibilities above, you will: • Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on Sales Operations activities across multiple governorates • Coordinate with Sales Operations Officers in Basra, Najaf, and Karbala • Consolidate operational plans and reports for management • Monitor implementation progress and track issues and escalations • Ensure consistent execution and reporting across all governorates Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • 4+ years of relevant experience, including multi-location or team coordination 📌 FOR ALL POSITIONS • Working English is preferred • Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills • Willingness to undertake field work and travel • Experience with government, enterprise, or digital transformation projects is an advantage 📩 HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: 📧 [email protected] Please mention the position and location in the email subject line.
