We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee human resources operations, ensure legal compliance, and support workforce management in a large, multi-departmental business environment. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Iraqi labor law and applicable regulations. * Ensure compliance with employment contracts, social security requirements, and labor legislation. * Lead workforce planning, recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives. * Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and improve employee engagement. Requirements * 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or leadership role. * Strong practical knowledge of Iraqi labor law, social security regulations, employment contracts, and HR compliance. * Proven experience managing HR operations in a large organization with multiple departments and a diverse workforce. * Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. * Fluency in Kurdish and English. * Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
